New Moon · Moon in Leo · 2% illuminated
Overview
The Moon in Leo forms a friendly sextile angle to your Libra Sun today — a small opening rather than a headline. A useful lens: small, well-timed gestures count more than grand ones. Under a New Moon, the reflective move is to plant one small intention and leave it room to change shape. The strongest thread today runs through energy and initiative, so the first step deserves care.
Focus: begin with the thing closest to home.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Cancer · Square to your Sun
With Mercury square your Sun, the mind may argue both sides at once. Writing the options down separates signal from static.
Mercury sits right at the edge of Cancer, leaning toward Leo — read this one loosely.
Love & Values
Venus in Leo · Sextile to your Sun
Venus in Leo angles kindly toward your Sun; a tiny upgrade to a daily ritual can refresh more than expected.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Libra · Conjunction to your Sun
With Mars in your sign, the engine idles a little higher. Physical outlets — a walk taken briskly, a task done with your hands — keep the extra voltage useful.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
