To help us help you faster, please include:
- The topic of your message — a question, a correction, a partnership or press inquiry, or a privacy request.
- The page URL, if your message is about a specific tool or article.
- Your device and browser, if something isn’t working (for example, “iPhone, Safari”).
- For corrections: what you saw, and what you expected to see.
Response time
We’re a small team, so please allow a few business days for a reply. Messages about errors in our tools or content get priority — if something on the site is broken or wrong, we want to know first.
What we can’t help with
- Personal readings: we don’t offer one-on-one readings — but our free tools are always open, no appointment needed.
- Accounts: there are none, so there’s no login trouble to troubleshoot.
- Urgent personal crises: if you’re in distress, please reach out to a trusted person or a professional helpline in your country (in the US, call or text 988) rather than waiting on an email reply.
