Waxing Crescent · Moon in Capricorn · 9% illuminated
Overview
The Moon moves through Capricorn today without a headline angle to your Leo Sun — a quieter sky. A useful lens: an ordinary day is a fine place to hear your own thoughts. Under a Waxing Crescent Moon, tender new plans benefit from one concrete next step, however small. The strongest thread today runs through energy and initiative, so the first step deserves care.
Focus: build on the stretch of the day that already flows.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Scorpio · Square to your Sun
A Mercury square can tangle schedules and signals. Confirm times, addresses, and assumptions rather than trusting the first reading.
Love & Values
Venus in Scorpio · Square to your Sun
Venus in Scorpio squares your Sun, so wants and resources may negotiate today. Naming what something is really for — comfort, status, rest — clarifies the choice.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Sagittarius · Trine to your Sun
Mars in Sagittarius supports your Sun in trine, so courage reads as calm. The direct conversation may be simpler than its rehearsal.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
