Waning Crescent · Moon in Gemini · 12% illuminated
Overview
With the Moon in Gemini, your own sign, today's tone is personal rather than distant. A useful lens: treat your first reaction as information, not instruction. Under a Waning Crescent Moon, rest and low input are legitimate strategies, not delays. The strongest thread today runs through mood and instinct, so pacing matters as much as plans.
Focus: one honest look inward before any outward move.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Cancer · Quiet to your Sun
Mercury in Cancer keeps a neutral distance from your Sun today, so mental weather is your own making. A fine day for background thinking on a longer problem.
Love & Values
Venus in Virgo · Square to your Sun
Venus in Virgo squares your Sun, so wants and resources may negotiate today. Naming what something is really for — comfort, status, rest — clarifies the choice.
Venus sits right at the edge of Virgo, leaning toward Leo — read this one loosely.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Gemini · Conjunction to your Sun
With Mars in your sign, the engine idles a little higher. Physical outlets — a walk taken briskly, a task done with your hands — keep the extra voltage useful.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
