Overview
With the Moon in Cancer opposite your Capricorn Sun, today highlights the space between what you feel and what is asked of you. A useful lens: balance is a practice today, not a problem to solve. Under a New Moon, the reflective move is to plant one small intention and leave it room to change shape. The strongest thread today runs through energy and initiative, so the first step deserves care.
Focus: build on the stretch of the day that already flows.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Gemini · Quiet to your Sun
No headline Mercury angle today; routine information flows at routine speed. Use the steadiness for the task that needs plain attention.
Love & Values
Venus in Gemini · Quiet to your Sun
Venus in Gemini keeps a neutral distance from your Sun, so affection runs on its usual rails. The regular kindnesses — remembered details, kept promises — are the story today.
Venus sits right at the edge of Gemini, leaning toward Cancer — read this one loosely.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Virgo · Trine to your Sun
Mars in Virgo supports your Sun in trine, so courage reads as calm. The direct conversation may be simpler than its rehearsal.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
