New to this sign? Read the Capricorn profile →
New Moon · Moon in Gemini · 2% illuminated
The Moon moves through Gemini today without a headline angle to your Capricorn Sun — a quieter sky. A useful lens: an ordinary day is a fine place to hear your own thoughts. Under a New Moon, the reflective move is to plant one small intention and leave it room to change shape. The strongest thread today runs through thinking and conversation, so words chosen slowly land best.
Focus: say yes to the easy collaboration.
Moon in Gemini · Quiet to your Sun
With the Moon passing through Gemini at a neutral distance, feelings may feel refreshingly ordinary. Ordinary is underrated data about what is working.
Moon sits right at the edge of Gemini, leaning toward Taurus — read this one loosely.
Mercury in Taurus · Trine to your Sun
Thought and expression line up under this Mercury trine. Conversations that need both honesty and tact have decent weather today.
Venus in Aries · Square to your Sun
Venus in Aries squares your Sun, so wants and resources may negotiate today. Naming what something is really for — comfort, status, rest — clarifies the choice.
Mars in Leo · Quiet to your Sun
Mars in Leo moves quietly relative to your Sun. Save the surge; the steady gear covers most of today's ground.
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
