Waxing Gibbous · Moon in Capricorn · 80% illuminated
Overview
With the Moon in Capricorn, your own sign, today's tone is personal rather than distant. A useful lens: treat your first reaction as information, not instruction. Under a Waxing Gibbous Moon, refining beats restarting — the shape is nearly there. The strongest thread today runs through mood and instinct, so pacing matters as much as plans.
Focus: one honest look inward before any outward move.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Leo · Quiet to your Sun
No headline Mercury angle today; routine information flows at routine speed. Use the steadiness for the task that needs plain attention.
Love & Values
Venus in Libra · Square to your Sun
With Venus square your Sun, treat indulgence as a budget line, not a mood. Enjoyment chosen deliberately tends to satisfy longer.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Cancer · Opposition to your Sun
An opposition Mars highlights contests, declared or not. Choosing which ones are actually yours is today's energy strategy.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
