Mood
Moon in Leo · Quiet to your Sun
The Moon in Leo makes no major angle to your Sun today, so mood is mostly self-steered. A decent day to notice your baseline: energy, appetite, patience, humor.

First Quarter · Moon in Leo · 66% illuminated
Overview
The Moon moves through Leo today without a headline angle to your Capricorn Sun — a quieter sky. A useful lens: an ordinary day is a fine place to hear your own thoughts. Under a First Quarter Moon, the useful question is what adjustment keeps the plan honest. The strongest thread today runs through affection and values, so small kindnesses carry extra weight.
Focus: say yes to the easy collaboration.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Aries · Square to your Sun
Mercury in Aries squares your Sun, so words may land at angles today. Reading a message twice — once for content, once for tone — is cheap insurance.
Love & Values
Venus in Taurus · Trine to your Sun
Venus in Taurus trines your Sun, a graceful angle for connection. Plans made for pleasure rather than obligation have good weather today.
Venus sits right at the edge of Taurus, leaning toward Gemini — read this one loosely.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Aries · Square to your Sun
A Mars square can turn small obstacles into apparent opponents. Most of them are logistics, not adversaries — solve the schedule, skip the grudge.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
