Waxing Gibbous · Moon in Capricorn · 83% illuminated
With the Moon in Capricorn opposite your Cancer Sun, today highlights the space between what you feel and what is asked of you. A useful lens: balance is a practice today, not a problem to solve. Under a Waxing Gibbous Moon, refining beats restarting — the shape is nearly there. The strongest thread today runs through affection and values, so small kindnesses carry extra weight.
Focus: take the small opening when it appears.
Moon in Capricorn · Opposition to your Sun
An opposition Moon highlights what other people mirror back to you. Before accepting a reflection as truth, check it against what you know of yourself.
Moon sits right at the edge of Capricorn, leaning toward Aquarius — read this one loosely.
Mercury in Libra · Square to your Sun
A Mercury square can tangle schedules and signals. Confirm times, addresses, and assumptions rather than trusting the first reading.
Venus in Virgo · Sextile to your Sun
Venus in Virgo angles kindly toward your Sun; a tiny upgrade to a daily ritual can refresh more than expected.
Mars in Scorpio · Trine to your Sun
Energy and intention cooperate under this Mars trine. Steady exertion, honestly paced, tends to satisfy more than a sprint.
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
