Last Quarter · Moon in Capricorn · 62% illuminated
Overview
With the Moon in Capricorn opposite your Cancer Sun, today highlights the space between what you feel and what is asked of you. A useful lens: balance is a practice today, not a problem to solve. Under a Last Quarter Moon, releasing one stale assumption can lighten the rest of the month. The strongest thread today runs through energy and initiative, so the first step deserves care.
Focus: finish one small thing completely.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Taurus · Sextile to your Sun
Mercury in Taurus offers your Sun a friendly angle; ideas shared casually may prove more useful than ideas presented formally.
Love & Values
Venus in Aries · Square to your Sun
With Venus square your Sun, treat indulgence as a budget line, not a mood. Enjoyment chosen deliberately tends to satisfy longer.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Leo · Quiet to your Sun
Mars in Leo keeps a neutral distance from your Sun, so drive is self-paced today. Maintenance energy — steady, unglamorous — is on the menu.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
