First Quarter · Moon in Sagittarius · 64% illuminated
Overview
No big lunar angle to your Cancer Sun today, just the Moon passing through Sagittarius. A useful lens: set your own agenda while the sky keeps its counsel. Under a First Quarter Moon, the useful question is what adjustment keeps the plan honest. The strongest thread today runs through energy and initiative, so the first step deserves care.
Focus: begin with the thing closest to home.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Leo · Quiet to your Sun
Mercury in Leo keeps a neutral distance from your Sun today, so mental weather is your own making. A fine day for background thinking on a longer problem.
Love & Values
Venus in Libra · Square to your Sun
Venus in Libra squares your Sun, so wants and resources may negotiate today. Naming what something is really for — comfort, status, rest — clarifies the choice.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Cancer · Conjunction to your Sun
With Mars in your sign, the engine idles a little higher. Physical outlets — a walk taken briskly, a task done with your hands — keep the extra voltage useful.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
