Mood
Moon in Capricorn · Square to your Sun
Today's lunar square may surface a mood that does not match the plan. Naming the mismatch, even privately, tends to shrink it to its proper size.

First Quarter · Moon in Capricorn · 57% illuminated
Overview
A square from the Moon in Capricorn to your Aries Sun can make today feel slightly out of sync. A useful lens: treat the snag as a signpost, not a verdict. Under a First Quarter Moon, the useful question is what adjustment keeps the plan honest. The strongest thread today runs through thinking and conversation, so words chosen slowly land best.
Focus: hold both sides a moment longer before choosing.
Mind & Communication
Mercury in Libra · Opposition to your Sun
An opposition Mercury can surface a difference of interpretation. Defining one shared term — budget, soon, fine — can dissolve most of it.
Love & Values
Venus in Scorpio · Quiet to your Sun
Venus in Scorpio moves quietly relative to your Sun. A day to enjoy what is already in the house, the playlist, the pantry.
Energy & Drive
Mars in Cancer · Square to your Sun
With Mars square your Sun, effort may feel stop-and-go. Shorter work intervals with real breaks keep the engine from overheating.

About this reading
Planetary positions here are approximate, computed from a simplified ephemeris and rounded to the sign a planet is passing through. When a planet sits within about a degree of a sign boundary, that section says so — precision beyond the sign is not claimed. The text is generated from those sign-level transits as a reflection prompt for journaling and perspective, not as a prediction of events. Why this result? How Astracana works things out →
